Leon is a Project Manager with a deep knowledge of building techniques and processes. His interpersonal skills and wealth of team management experience compliment the know-how he brings to every project.

Born in Russia, Leon is a 3rd generation builder. Such lineage means his love for construction began at an early age. That love and depth of knowledge result in a passion for the industry that is on display to everyone that knows him.

Continuing to develop and refine his knowledge on every job, Leon delights in any chance to discuss wide-ranging construction topics. Whether it’s how to build a sauna from logs and moss without a single nail, or the use of latest Bluetooth technology in lighting control, to his clients and colleagues Leon brings unrivalled passion and expertise.

Through his career Leon has worked with clients in various sectors. His clients include the Department of Defence, NSW Police, institutional landlords and developers such as Mirvac, Dexus, Investa and BGIS.

Outside of work Leon cherishes family time. Having lived and traveled through Europe extensively, he has developed an abiding passion for Architecture, Art and Design. Other interests include reading, timepieces, photography and golf.
