Our director, Leon Elski, brings 24 years of project management experience across Australia and the United Kingdom, working with clients including the Department of Defence, NSW Police, and institutional landlords such as Mirvac, Dexus and Investa.
A third-generation builder, Leon's grounding in construction goes back to childhood. His career has been spent on the side of the industry most residential clients never see — large-scale commercial and government projects, where rigorous process and independent oversight are commonplace. While running a national commercial construction business, he noticed a clear disparity: the level of probity, transparency and client support standard in commercial construction was rarely extended to residential clients. He founded RFT Consultancy to close that gap, bringing the same standard to homeowners, investors and boutique developers.
